It's where respect and innovative ideas combine with real teamwork - every voice counts, every perspective makes us stronger. Our passion spurs us on to try new things and grow continuously. Sound like you? Then join our success story.
We're looking for a Content Editor to join our in-house Social Media & Digital Content Team at Sunrise. In this role, you'll edit and enhance high-quality digital content - from graphics and animations to short-form videos and interactive media - primarily for social media channels, while also supporting various business units with video content editing projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys teamwork, and brings strong technical and storytelling skills. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating with different stakeholders in a semi-remote setup (min. 2 days per week on-site in our Zürich HQ), including occasional weekend or on-location work. Excellent communication, flexibility, and attention to detail are key to succeeding in this role.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Edit and produce engaging multimedia content for social media, including video reels, motion graphics, GIFs, and animations
- Collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure high-quality, platform-specific content output
- Support other business units by editing video content for the website, social media, and in-store screens
- Assist during content shootings, providing on-site support for social media productions
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and develop new templates or style guidelines when needed
- Stay up to date with the latest editing tools, trends, and AI-driven multimedia techniques
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, digital content editing, animation, and motion graphics - ideally within a social media team (corporate or agency)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with AI tools such as Sora 2, Veo 3, or similar
- Strong skills in animation and interactive media production, with awareness of social media design best practices (e.g., safe zones)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a semi-remote work environment
- Active interest in the Sunrise universe - from smartphones and entertainment (e.g. streaming, sports) to music, festivals, and winter sports
- Native-level German and very good English skills
At Sunrise, you'll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived. Diversity isn't just a program for us, it's part of our DNA. By celebrating our differences, we achieve great things together.
Sunrise has partnered with «Advance - Gender Equality in Business». We've also been awarded the Swiss LGBTI label and «Fair-ON-Pay Advanced» certification as recognition for offering all our employees equal pay for work of equal value.
Ready to rise to the challenge? Then join the team and actively shape our future!
