Are you interested in becoming part of a dynamic, multicultural team obtaining insights into the tax affairs of multinational groups and applying specialist tax skills in a high performing and exciting environment? In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in Lausanne or Geneva.
Your contribution to KPMG
- Calculating, advising on tax positions (current and deferred taxes) in financial statements prepared under IFRS, US GAAP, of is possible under Swiss GAAP FER, OR
- Supporting our clients with tax reporting obligations
- Supporting our audit teams as the tax specialist on group and component audits, applying specialist knowledge and coordinating international teams
- Attend the development of tools and standardized solutions in connection with tax accounting and reporting tasks
- Attend the complex and multidisciplinary projects
- Cross-functional collaboration with experts from other divisions and other tax specialists, particularly in the areas of International and Swiss Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT
- Close cooperation and coordination with our foreign KPMG offices on tax audits and projects for internationally active Swiss companies
This is what makes you successful
- Completed bachelor's degree in economics, accounting and finance or similar, ideally completed by knowledge on tax law
- Initial experience and strong interest in tax and accounting topics
- Fluency in English, French, German skills are an advantage
- Open and communicative personality with a solution-oriented and team player mindset
- Able to work under pressure and be flexible for a seasonal business model
