Global Medical Manager Oncology – Biosimilars
Location: Basel, Switzerland | Division: Established Pharmaceuticals (EPD)

What You’ll Do
-
Lead strategic Medical Affairs initiatives for the Oncology–Biosimilars portfolio, ensuring scientific excellence and global alignment.

Collaborate across functions (medical, R&D, marketing) to deliver innovative solutions and launch excellence.

Provide expert guidance on clinical study proposals, publication planning, and regulatory documentation.

Support field teams and Medical Science Liaisons with tools and strategies for effective engagement.

Drive KOL engagement and contribute to promotional material development with scientific accuracy and compliance.

Support portfolio expansion through medical evaluation of licensing and acquisition opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
-
Education: Medical Doctor degree or PhD/M.Sc. in life sciences.

Experience:
-
Hands-on experience in clinical trials or medical research within pharma or academia.

Strong knowledge of oncology, hematology, or immunology; biologics/biosimilars experience preferred.

Proven expertise in KOL management and scientific society engagement.

Prior regional or global medical roles highly desirable.

Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams.

Languages: English fluency required; additional languages are an asset.
