A total of around 120 people work at the headquarters in Muttenz near Basel and the subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai and Mumbai. Our many years of experience and in-depth knowhow in process engineering, design, international project management and procurement have made us the world market leader in the field of caustic soda treatment and recycling. To support our team on worldwide activities we are looking for a Field Service Specialist
for international projects
Main tasks

Supervision of installation work carried out by the customer, ensuring compliance with quality and processing guidelines as well as contractual agreements

Commissioning of systems up to performance testing and handover to the customer

Inspection of systems during customer-specific maintenance intervals, including training and recommendations for uninterrupted operation

Troubleshooting of systems

Preparation of reports, maintaining close contact with customers and internal specialists, including project management

Your profile

Qualified as an equipment engineer, service technician, or industrial mechanic-or equivalent training; experience in chemical plant construction and/or operation is an advantage

Business-fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an asset

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%); accustomed to working in a structured and welldocumented manner using standard MS Office applications

A team player with resilience, commitment, and a pragmatic mindset

Comfortable in an international environment and enjoy working with diverse cultures
