Our client is a Swiss-based specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to the commercialization of innovative treatments as biosimilars in Oncology, Dermatology, Pneumology and others. They have entered into a partnership with a larger global pharma company and are prepared for an exciting growth journey. As the launches of various new products are imminent, the company seaks to grow their existing sales teams and is therefore looking for two experienced
In this position, you will launch new biosimilars in various indication areas and drive business growth across all product lines. You will be responsible for planning and executing targeted sales strategies and projects. Your role will also include leading successful negotiations in hospitals to secure and expand market share.
Your main tasks
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic account plans; monitor market trends and competitor activity; prepare tailored sales proposals to hospitals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in both private practices and hospital settings
- Coordinate sales activities in close collaboration with the Commercial Director and the Brand Team as well as with colleagues in the field from the other sales lines
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers, stakeholders, and external partners
- Represent the company at national and international trade fairs, congresses, and industry events
Your profile
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales in Switzerland with demonstrated success
- Knowledge of Pneumology, and/or Dermatology or Allergology a strong plus; experience in Oncology is a further strong plus
- Familiarity with the biologics and/or biosimilars market and an established network in relevant therapeutic areas
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers, projects, and objectives
- Commercially driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate, with the potential to grow within the company
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers, senior management, and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in German and English; French or additional languages are an advantage
