To strengthen our global IT organization, we are looking for an IT Project Manager who will lead and deliver projects supporting our digital transformation. The role will primarily focus on System Engineering initiatives, while also contributing to other IT and transformation projects across the organization.

Your responsability - As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and successfully delivering IT projects across different domains, with a particular focus on System Engineering projects.

• Leading IT projects across all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, go-live and stabilization)
• Planning and managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks and quality
• Coordinating project stakeholders across System Engineering, IT operations, architecture, business units and external partners
• Ensuring structured project execution including workstream coordination, documentation and escalation management
• Facilitating project communication and moderating project governance and decision-making meetings
• Supporting the implementation of System Engineering initiatives such as infrastructure improvements, platform enhancements and system integrations
• Promoting knowledge transfer and sharing best practices and lessons learned within project teams and the broader IT community

Your Profile - We are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a technical environment and driving projects from concept to delivery. Your qualifications include:

• Experience in effectively managing IT projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable field
• Strong understanding of IT systems and technical environments (experience in System Engineering or infrastructure environments is mandatory)
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (certifications such as PMP/PMI, Agile or Lean are a plus)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills combined with effective time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
