Product Manager
AT Group AG is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our Semiconductor Solutions Group (SSG), within the Display Light (DL) unit.
In this role, you will own a dedicated product portfolio, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, and manage key customer relationships. We are looking for someone with strong semiconductor expertise and a proven ability to drive impact in complex, global environments.
Responsabilities
- Partner closely with sales teams and key OEM customers to tackle technical and operational challenges, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivering solutions that drive customer success.
- Shape the future of semiconductor products by analyzing market trends and OEM roadmaps, leading innovation, customization, and value engineering projects that make a real impact.
- Take ownership of account profitability and product performance, identifying opportunities to optimize costs, grow business, and maximize value across the product lifecycle.
- Lead global, cross-functional initiatives to implement corporate strategies, uphold technical excellence, and maintain top-tier documentation and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, leaving a lasting mark on both the market and your career.
Qualifications
- You're a technical products enthusiast, keen and curious on "How It's Made", with a strong desire to know and own everything that is product related.
- Extended experience with DL ( Display Light ) technology.
- Proven experience in product and account management with success in B2B semiconductor sales and customer relationships.
- Strong track record managing international customers and complex technology projects in global environments.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into impactful business strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in sciences, engineering, or a related field ( specialization in semiconductor engineering is highly preferred, but not mandatory ).
- Fluent in English (German proficiency is highly preferred but not mandatory ).
