Our IT Department (working cross-functionally with business) for our Munich office is looking for a
Global Process Owner – Product Creation to Production (PLM and SCM) (f/m/d) (100 %)
Triumph is looking for a Global Process Owner who will lead the end-to-end processes that connect product creation, assortment and demand planning, and production readiness. The role sits in IT but works closely with business functions such as Design, Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing and Production. Your mission is to define the target processes, drive alignment across teams, and ensure that our PLM led value chain operates in a consistent, efficient and scalable way. You will act as the connector between business and technology, translating needs into process designs and functional requirements. You will oversee the global process standards for how our products move from concept to production readiness and ensure that these processes support our strategy, speed to market, and operational effectiveness.
Three days per week at our Munich office are mandatory, within a hybrid way of working.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and govern global end‑to‑end processes across product creation, assortment and demand planning touchpoints, and production readiness

- Define target processes, decision points, handovers and roles across functions and systems
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, process design and operational execution
- Work with business stakeholders and IT product teams to design scalable processes and system interactions
- Translate business requirements into process designs and functional specifications
- Collaborate with Product Owners to shape roadmaps and maintain end to end process integrity
- Set up and maintain global process standards, governance models and documentation
- Manage and control process variants and deviations
- Align regions, brands and business units while ensuring needed flexibility
- Facilitate workshops and decision forums across Design, Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Production and IT
- Resolve cross functional issues related to ownership, responsibilities or process gaps
- Act as escalation point for process issues impacting PLM, planning or production readiness
- Define and track KPIs such as time to market, planning adherence and development efficiency
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives
- Reduce system workarounds and eliminate Excel based shadow processes
- Support change initiatives and training to ensure process adoption
- Support process related activities during testing, go live and hypercare phases
Your ideal profile:
- 5 or more years of experience in product creation processes, PLM systems or production-related workflows. Fashion or consumer goods experience is an advantage
- Experience managing complex supply chain or product development projects
- Knowledge of SAP modules like MM/SD/PP is beneficial
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT or a related field
- Strong process thinking with ability to map, design and improve cross functional processes
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between business and IT
- Capable of drafting functional specifications and supporting UAT and go live
- Fluent English. German is an advantage
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Self-driven, structured, collaborative and able to build strong relationships across functions
