Fitness Instructor at F45 Zürich

A unique opportunity to join the founding team of the world-renowned fitness concept

F45 Training, the fastest-growing fitness franchise network in the world, has exploded since being founded in 2013, now with over 3000 franchisees in 38 countries, and this is just the beginning. As the first F45 studio in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic trainers to join our soon-to-open (estimated opening end of August/early September) Zürich HB studio.

The role

• Deliver high-quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
• Set up the studio after training sessions (paid working time)
• Motivate studio members before, during, and after training
• Assist with membership retention
• Help foster a positive and community-driven group-training environment
• Help the management team ensure the business operates at the highest level
• Support with our F45 challenge programmes
• Build a relationship with our clients inside the studio to offer them an unforgettable, personalized training experience

About you:

• Genuine love of fitness and coaching others to achieve their goals
• Knowledge and experience of Personal training and group training
• Energy and confidence to share ideas to maintain studio growth and success
• Attention to detail: notice members' form while performing exercises
• Owner's mentality: bring your own initiatives to improve daily studio operations and if you notice something isn't working at the studio, fix it or flag it
• Knowledge of F45 is an advantage but not essential
• Must also have a good level of fitness and knowledge of how to demonstrate correct form
• Personal training certification and valid First Aid at work certification
• Confidence to deliver an energetic and atmospheric class for our members
