Our 114,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.</p></div><div><div><p></p><p><span>Abbott Established Pharmaceutical Division </span><b><span>(EPD)</span></b><span> is looking for a</span></p><p><b>Compliance & Complaints Specialist</b></p><p><span>for its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil- Basel.</span></p></div></div><p></p><p><b>Primary Job Function:</b></p><ul><li><p>The <b>Complaints and Compliance Specialist</b> is responsible for establishing and executing compliance activities based on internal and external requirements such as financial and quality audits within Supply Chain Operations.</p></li><li><p>This position is responsible for effectively managing the information and tracking resolution of all <b>distribution complaints</b> raised by affiliates, external customers and distributors.</p></li><li><p>Partner with quality and financial organization with policies creation, audit preparation, execution and complaints management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance of supply chain activities related to APO AG.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Core Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Audits and Compliance:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Preparation of and active participation in internal and external audits (quality, safety, financial) and track/implement corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>First point of contact for internal and external audits related to the Supply Chain execution activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure company operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify compliance issues.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-compliance.</p></li><li><p>Work hand in hand with quality and finance on daily basis, to ensure full compliance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Complaint Management:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Receive, document, and investigate distribution complaints.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve complaints in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Track resolution actions.</p></li><li><p>Communicate findings and resolutions to customers.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of all complaints and resolutions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Documentation and Reporting:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Prepare and maintain documentation related to complaints and compliance activities.</p></li><li><p>Generate reports for senior management, including trending to support review meetings with suppliers and logistic providers.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and accessible.</p></li><li><p>Train employees on compliance and complaints.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Experience / Training Required:</b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Experience/Training </u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Quality Management).</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Supply Chain operations.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and financial landscape.</p></li><li><p>Project management demonstrated expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.</p></li><li><p>Experience with ERP systems as SAP ECC and strong domain on MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power BI, etc)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Skills </u></b></p><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong influencing skills to levels up and down as well as cross functional.</p></li><li><p>Effectively work on multiple, unrelated projects simultaneously, Ability to arbitrate priorities.</p></li><li><p>Agility.
