Our Hamilton ventilators are used in intensive care units, during emergency transport, and in MRI environments. They help medical teams care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients worldwide.

How you can make a difference :
- Provide strategic, tactical and operational guidance to our supply chain management team and support stakeholders worldwide
- Ensure the scale-up and further development of our suppliers to support our growth strategy
- Develop the global supply chain strategy for our manufacturing network with plants in Switzerland, Romania and the USA, as well as outsourced production worldwide
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality and Regulatory to select suppliers, define supplier development initiatives, and implement medical device requirements throughout the supply chain
- As a member of the management team you report directly to the COO
That's what you bring along :
- Degree in engineering or natural sciences combined with more than 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management
- Leadership and personnel management skills with a mindset of supporting, coaching and developing people
- Profound knowledge and experience with ERP systems as well as QM-Standards like ISO 13485 or IATF16949, ideally 21CFR 820, MDR, and MDSAP
- Strong technical understanding of electronics and mechatronics
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
This position can be based either in Germany (Munich) or Switzerland (Domat/Ems). Please indicate your preferred location in your application.
