GR Engadin SA is the home of sports and outdoor experiences in the Engadin Valley, operating across St. Moritz, Silvaplana, Celerina, Pontresina, Samedan, and Sils.
At our GR Mountain Ski School Silvaplana - St. Moritz Ski School we are about 80 certified instructors from all over the world, offering a wide range of snow sports courses and private lessons, for adults and kids.
The heart of our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests in one of the most beautiful alpine resort of the world, combining technical excellence with a client-centric and passionate approach.
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Ski and/or Snowboard Instructors for the Winter 2025/26 season, with different type of availabilities: whole season, main holidays + seasonal weekends or just main holidays (Christmas, Epiphany, Carnival and Easter).
This role is ideal for dynamic, motivated individuals who love working with both children and adults in an international environment. Success in this role means delivering high-quality lessons, embracing our culture of teamwork and innovation, and contributing to our mission of creating unforgettable experiences on and off the slopes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver private and group ski and/or snowboard lessons for all levels and age groups
- Provide a safe, fun, and educational experience in accordance with GR Engadin’s teaching philosophy
- Adapt teaching styles to suit individual client needs and preferences
- Be proactive in promoting and upselling other services or rebooking opportunities
- Represent GR Engadin with professionalism and enthusiasm, on and off the slopes
- Collaborate with team members to support school-wide events and seasonal initiatives
- Actively participate in technical and soft skills workshops organized by the school
Qualifications
- Valid ski or snowboard instructor certification (Swiss Aspirant certification or higher or equivalent a strong plus)
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a strong plus; additional languages are an asset
- Prior experience working in the Engadin region is a strong advantage
- Ability to teach both ski and snowboard is a plus
- Ability to teach other snow sports as crosscountry skiing, freeride, is an asset
- Availability from December 20th, 2025, through April 6th, 2026 (with options for full seasons, holidays + weekends or just weekends)
