Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews.
• Engage with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service about our coffee offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluency in German and/or English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering quality in every cup.
