Responsibilities

• Efficient and GMP-compliant handling of material flow
• Strict adherence to warehouse management regulations, including GMP rules, hygiene, and safety regulations, as well as relevant SOPs and packaging instructions
• Receiving and booking incoming goods in the ERP system (GPM)
• Operating the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Ensuring accurate and appropriate storage of materials
• Picking orders to supply production
• Returning materials to inventory after QC inspection
• Conducting internally required packaging material sample pulls
• Performing inventory counts
• Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and challenges to colleagues and supervisors

• Proven experience in a similar role within an IT environment
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to strictly follow regulations and procedures
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems
• Ability to successfully implement inventory procedures and manage material flow
