Responsible for managing and handling hotline service for general business related requests from Front units. Provides support to RM and ARM for order entry systems transactions and toolbox applications as well as trainings for new Front joiners in regard to relevant applications and processes.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Processing and responding to verbal and written inquiries from front office staff on the Business Support Hotline in German, English and Italian

Supporting Relationship Managers/Relationship Manager Assistants with problems and questions related to various order systems and toolboxes (Wealth Navigator, Transition Portal (TPSM), Special Conditions (CLIPP), Account Closing etc.) as well as with requests related to our Digital Banking Tools offering

Providing support during the training of new Relationship Managers and Relationship Manager Assistants in various applications and processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Good understanding of front office applications, financial products, as well as business and IT processes. Higher education is an advantage
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably at a bank, or school leaving certificate
- Experience in a financial institution and sound banking knowledge
- Stakeholder management and ensuring a common information base between all parties involved
- Rapid comprehension of processes and workflows
- Highly developed logical and networked thinking skills
- Very good German and English language skills both verbally and in writing. Italian is an advantage
