We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
to join our Investor, Media Relations & Sustainability team at our headquarter in Zurich Seefeld. In this role you manage investor relations and financial communications to support effective market positioning.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial communication in close collaboration with local business units
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts
- Plan and manage the annual Investor Relations calendar, including roadshows and investor conferences
- Communicate and continuously refine the company’s equity story and maintain IR-related content on the website
- Support the Annual General Meeting event
- Draft press releases and create investor presentations, reports, fact sheets, speeches, and Q&A documents
- Support sustainability and governance topics, including ratings and proxy advisor engagement
- Monitor capital markets and conduct market research
- Assist in communication for M&A announcements
Job requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with a focus on finance and communications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Investor Relations, financial communications, or equity research within an international company
- Strong understanding of economic and capital market dynamics
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills combined with creativity and pragmatism
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to perform under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe applications, and Investor Relations tools
- Team-oriented, resilient, and highly committed personality
- Experience in financial analysis and managing capital market communication is a strong asset
