How you can make an impact
- As a Senior Consultant, you will utilise your profound banking and technology expertise from day one to support our banking clients in solving their most pressing challenges in strategy definition, transformation design, and implementation of technology. In your role, you will:
- Apply your knowledge of IT banking architecture, IT program management or Banking Platforms to enhance banking operations
- Develop and implement IT strategies, including provider and infrastructure strategies, to support clients in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with our banking solutions team to re-engineer our clients’ IT landscape around the growing role of artificial intelligence and design, implement, and deploy technological solutions within the banking sector
- Collaborate with experienced and motivated practitioners from diverse areas of expertise who are committed to sharing their knowledge and supporting your career development
Who we are looking for
- You hold a university degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field
- You have 3-4 years of experience in consulting or the financial services sector, with a focus on IT architecture, technology transformation or core banking systems
- Your expertise includes digitalisation in banking, process improvements, and IT strategy development.
- You can work independently, owning deliverables, identifying potential risks, and conceptualising plans to address them
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively articulating technical solutions and recommendations to clients
- You are fluent in German and English; French is a plus
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland and potentially abroad
- You are an energetic team player with a positive “can do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, you are passionate about doing an outstanding job – both for the client and to contribute to the growth of Deloitte
