As part of our continued expansion, based on our corporate strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative, and quantitative growth, we are filling the position at our headquarters in Dietlikon, close to Zurich in Switzerland.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Laboratory Technician in the Product Safety Science (PSS) unit, you will work under the supervision of the Product Safety Scientist to support the analysis of ingredients used in perfumery and ensure their compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include performing sample dilutions, conducting analytical testing using state-of-the-art instrumentation, and accurately collecting and reporting data according to defined analytical workflows. You will collaborate closely with both the Quality Control (QC) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) departments, contributing to cross-functional efforts to uphold product safety, quality, and compliance.

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in collaboration with QC and RA departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize work effectively, and handle data in a structured and reliable manner.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A diploma or degree in Analytical Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
- First industry experience (ideally 1–2 years) in an analytical lab environment, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, chemical or pharma industry.
- Familiarity with GC-MS/FID systems; experience with GC×GC is an advantage but not required.
- Strong understanding of analytical methods such as calibration, quantification, and routine lab workflows.
