VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Manager, DTC Marketing to join our Marketing team based in our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
You as the Manager, DTC Marketing Channels will lead the team responsible for how we build brand equity, engage consumers, and grow demand through our retail fleet and Ecomm platform (Vans.com) in EMEA.
You will:
1. Develop and Execute DTC Marketing Strategy for EMEA: Create and implement a comprehensive DTC retail & ecomm marketing vision. This includes overseeing the application of global seasonal directives, developing retail experiences toolkits & execution guidelines, and driving business growth and brand equity across EMEA Retail fleet & Ecomm.
2. Lead EMEA Retail Marketing Strategy and Execution: Build, drive, and monitor retail marketing plans and tools related to store openings, refits, traffic-driving initiatives, windows, 4-wall marketing, and, crucially, visual merchandising. Ensure strategic planning and execution of key initiatives, while managing budgets to align with strategic priorities and maximize ROI.
3. Lead EMEA Ecommerce Marketing Strategy and Execution: Ensure a best in class roll-out of content behind campaigns, product marketing, and digital innovation to create a delightful consumer experience, build brand equity, and drive conversion online.
Assist in optimizing the Vans digital ecosystem, including product storytelling, on-site experience, and personalized marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion.
Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve site usability, content effectiveness, and overall customer experience.
4. Optimize Marketing spend and drive innovation across DTC channels, ensure on-time deliverable of physical and digital assets, and track performance and return on investment.

You will be a key player in elevating the brand in its most important channels and ensuring our brand DNA comes across powerfully and consistently. You will foster strong collaboration across departments, leverage consumer insights, and enhance DTC performance and consumer experience through marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving brand growth and achieving commercial goals.
You will achieve this by:
• Defining and aligning strategic DTC priorities with key internal stakeholders to build a clear and long-term vision.
• Driving a consumer-first culture, ensuring all initiatives are relevant and connected to the brand’s key strategic pillars and is constantly elevating consumer experience.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Management, Media, Digital Marketing, Creative, Ecomm, and Retail leaders to ensure alignment of campaigns and plans across channels.
• Leading and evolving the DTC marketing organization by providing clear vision, coaching to team in-line with a Growth Mindset and driving efficiency & effectiveness.
• Partnering with global and regional teams to leverage knowledge and share best practices.
Skills for Success
You should be a strategic thinker, proactive team player, and obsessed with excellence in execution.
• Strong experience in retail and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or action sports industry.
• Exceptional communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A deep understanding of DTC and marketing ecosystems, with the ability to connect consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and commercial performance
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Proven success in driving brand growth within a DTC model.
• A solid experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, and website ownership, with a deep understanding of media channels and strategies, is highly desirable.
