As Marketplace Advertising Manager, you will be at the forefront of our performance marketing efforts across leading platforms such as Amazon, Zalando (DE), Kaufland (DE), OTTO (DE), Allegro (PL), Walmart, and MercadoLibre. This role is hands-on and process-oriented, requiring deep technical knowledge, strong campaign management, and a vision for scalable, data-driven growth.
You’ll build and optimize advertising structures, automate performance reporting, and implement best-in-class strategies across multiple countries and platforms.
Marketplace Advertising Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You manage, optimize, and scale sponsored ads and PPC campaigns across marketplaces with a strong focus on ROAS.
- You design and implement standardized campaign structures and scalable workflows across countries.
- You develop and maintain advertising playbooks, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- You lead the creation and automation of real-time performance dashboards.
- You conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
- You monitor analytics to identify trends and propose actionable optimizations.
- You stay informed about platform changes, advertising policies, and algorithm updates.
- You collaborate cross-functionally to align advertising with product and content roadmaps.
Your profile
- You bring hands-on experience managing advertising on Amazon; experience with other marketplaces is a strong asset.
- You have solid knowledge of keyword targeting, bid strategy, and campaign architecture.
- You have experience developing scalable campaign processes across different geographies.
- You are proficient in Excel and familiar with ad analytics and keyword research tools.
- You have experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other automation/reporting tools (preferred).
- You demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-directed work style.
