Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung unseres Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsystems (Q- & UM).
• Du planst, führst durch und koordinierst interne sowie externe Audits und erstellst das jährliche Management-Review.
• Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, erkennst Schwachstellen und leitest gezielt Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen ein.
• Du planst und führst Schulungen durch und nimmst aktiv an Workshops sowie Erfahrungsaustauschen innerhalb der Gruppe teil.
• Du pflegst und aktualisierst alle relevanten QM-Dokumentationen, Formulare und Richtlinien.

Das bringst Du mit

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement bilden deine fachliche Basis.
• Fundiertes Wissen im Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement sowie eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
• Entscheidungen triffst du gerne und handelst dabei stets ergebnisorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst.
• Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) bringst du mit.
• Mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise gelingt es dir, komplexe Themen klar und praxisnah umzusetzen.
