Store Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Store Manager to join our team for our brand new Animshop flagship store opening this Novemebr in Sihlcity. In this full-time, on-site role in Zurich, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, optimize sales performance, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. You will also manage inventory, schedule and organize staff, and implement strategies to minimize loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Drive sales, merchandising standards
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock rotation
• Build weekly schedules and coordinate team workflows
• Implement retail loss-prevention processes and training
• Organize monthly cosplay events inspired by Japanese pop culture
• Lead social media marketing (Instagram and TikTok): plan, publish, and grow brand influence with creativity and enthusiasm with the assistance of the rest of the team

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Strong communication skills for effective customer and team relations
• Demonstrated store management expertise, including inventory and staff organization
• Solid knowledge of retail loss-prevention techniques and strategies
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager with measurable, positive results

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English and Swiss German
