What you move

• Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the software development team
• Develop ASPICE processes & introduce/optimize agile development processes
• Close cooperation with hardware development and overall project management at headquarters
• Management and expansion of our Gerlingen location

What you bring along

• Successfully completed degree in engineering or computer science
• Initial leadership experience in team/project management, ideally in the automotive/embedded environment
• Creative drive, strong implementation skills, and an analytical, process-oriented approach to work
• Experience with requirements tools & software development according to ASPICE
