Your impact:

• Plan, organize, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
• Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, suppliers, and external partners
• Manage event-related marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
• Support webinars and virtual events in collaboration with product and sales teams
• Maintain communication schedules for press releases and media outreach
• Support internal communications and company-wide updates
• Collect and manage event leads in collaboration with the CRM team
• Assist in creating content for event-related campaigns and company news

Your skills & experience:

• Degree or professional training in marketing, communications, or event management
• Experience in planning and organizing events is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform under time pressure
• Willingness to travel and represent Essemtec professionally at events
