Your Role
As a Sales Executive (80-100%), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing key clients in the investment management sector. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to contract execution — ensuring our AI services deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and scale effective sales strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Identify and develop relationships with key players in the investment management industry, with an initial focus on the Swiss market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering awareness and trust in our AI-driven solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s ambitious growth goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in startup sales, with a track record of building and scaling sales processes in an early growth stage.
- Strong background in the financial industry/asset management, ideally within Switzerland.
- Deep understanding of the investment management landscape and its challenges.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
