Are you ready to make an impact building teams in our HQ functions?
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to be based in our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland, focusing on shared functions, with a focus on HQ functions, from marketing, design, to digital technology.
In the role, you will create strong business partnerships with internal stakeholders, leading the full life cycle recruitment process for junior/middle/senior level candidates.
You will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process.
You will maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR partners and candidates (both internal and external).
You will support VF's growth objectives by creating and deploying hands-on full-cycle recruitment strategies to timely strengthen the organization's capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs.
We are looking for a people-focused and service-driven candidate who also have a passion for research, recruiting, fostering, and maintaining relationships, as well as recruitment process improvement.
You will achieve this by:
- Partnering with hiring managers in our EMEA HQ, in different departments to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
- Steering the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis leveraging data
- Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
- Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical skills as well cultural add for the VF environment
- Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Monitoring and analysing KPI around our talent acquisition and candidate journey
How You Will Make a Difference
You should be an agency or in-house recruitment professional, with:
- Extensive experience in manage full cycle recruitment with a talent advisory mindset
- Proven ability to work in an international environment
- Strong understanding of the apparel industry is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other European languages are a plus
