You will provide administrative support to employees in Zurich, Munich and Rotterdam, and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the HR department. - HR Administration: maintain employees HR
- HR specialist certificate or equivalent further training related files and records in electronic form,
- First experience in HR manage employee time tracking system, ensure
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office package compliance with labor regulations, manage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and onboarding & offboarding process experience with an HR Information System
