MISSION & CONTEXT :
As L'Occitane En Provence L&D Project Leader and Trainer Export, your role is to be the L&D expert of all Export markets. Your main mission will be to inspire, motivate & engage retail teams to provide the best possible experience to our potential & existing customers, by delivering the appropriate tools, guidelines, and support.
You will work extensively with the other Export expertise (Sales, Marketing & Digital teams) and will report to the Export Senior Customer Experience Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Training (50%)
- In-Person Training: You will be reponsible to organize and deliver in-person training sessions during market visits to monitor and reinforce the knowledge and service standards. Collaborate closely with our local teams (55 markets) to identify training needs and provide tailored support
- Expertise : You will be the product knowledges expert on our Face Care and Hair Care segment for all Export markets.
- Experience in Store : You will be able to conduct trainings SPA protocols out of SPA with our retails teams.
- Public speaking : Co-facilitate twice-yearly Train-the-Trainer sessions with the entire CX Export Team, supporting the continuous upskilling of our retail teams and aligning them with the latest company standards and strategies.
- E-Learning : Ensure that each retail team member have acces to our e-learning platform. Follow and track KPis.
- Retail Team Community : Update and coach our training managers through webinars and various channels of communication. Ensure these sessions/contents are engaging, interactive, and cater to the needs of diverse learners across multiple regions.
2. L&D Content Creation (20%)
- Export Toolkits: Communicate all needed L&D content on the Export Toolkit.
- L&D Content : Update comprehensive training tools, including PowerPoint presentations, cheat sheets, product novelties, and quizzes, ensuring alignment with the latest brand messaging and retail strategies.
- Train-the-Trainer (TTT) : Co-create structured and practical TTT sessions aimed at empowering training managers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver consistent, high-quality training.
3. Countries Follow up (30%)
- Prioritised country support according to clusters in the form of several market calls per week and monthly visits.
- Support countries on L&D, CX and retail performance topics
- Retail Analysis
HOW CAN YOU FIT :
- +3 years' experience as retail trainer or beauty advisor with a trainer certification
- Experience in retail & luxury cosmetics is a strong plus
- Fluent in English & French
- Collaborative to learn SPA protocols and to deploy it
- Excellent presentation skills with a very good command of Pack Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- High positive energy, resilience, curiosity and humbleness
- You are flexible and able to adapt in various environment
- You are comfortable with organizing, planning & multitasking approach
- You are able to connect and influence with customers, partners, suppliers & colleagues across functions in a multicultural environment
- You are comfortable with Learning Management System, PPT, Excel and Word
- You are willing to travel up to 50%
