Clinical Sales Specialist Romandie (a) 100%
Your responsibilitiesAs a Sales Associate in Orthopaedics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide essential clinical support in theatre environments, assisting both clinical and non-clinical staff within your geographical area.
- Offer clinical education and training on all Medartis products to relevant medical personnel through workshops and in-theatre education sessions.
- Ensure timely and accurate stock support for both internal and external customers.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to any customer service issues.
- Collaborate with the Sales Representative to deliver the business plan through strong relationships with hospital personnel.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in target hospitals, in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.
Your qualifications
- Familiarity within the hospital theatre environment
- Ideally a theatre nurse background in orthopaedics or Physiotherapist/similar role
- Preferred education in life sciences and/or nursing
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Ability to succinctly communicate and deliver critical clinical information in a high pressured environment
- Structured working style and willingness to travel
- Good English skills complete your profile, with German language knowledge preferred.
