You lead and develop a team of Product Engineers within our global development organization.

Together with project managers and stakeholders you are a strong contributor to the business success of our R&D projects.
- You assign your team members to innovation and development projects and support them during planning and execution of their sub-projects and work maintenance and continuous improvement of the development process with other stakeholders.
- You identify technical risks or issues and support the team to define possible countermeasures or drive decisions.
- You develop the expertise within your team in alignment with the Competence Fields strategy.
- You analyze project requests for their technical feasibility and prepare estimates of costs and timeline of product development work packages.
- University degree in Life Science or Engineering (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, materials engineering etc.)
- 3+ years experience in project management and/or a disciplinary leadership role
- Experience in working with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations and the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Experience with product/process development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging
- Knowledge of design control process, process validation and related standards (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and in German (written and spoken)
- Structured working style and ability to prioritize
