Join our team as
As our Corporate Responsibility Intern, you will get insights into the Corporate Responsibility team's work and independently work on some of your own projects. This position starts in August 2025 and lasts for 6 months until the end of January 2026. Overall, the position focuses on sustainability communication, circularity and material certifications. You will engage with both internal as well as external stakeholders and support the CR team on daily tasks, contributing to Mammut's responsibility journey and targets.

Responsibility Report
- Initiate and plan work for the 2025 Responsibility Report, focusing on organizational preparation
- Mapping existing Responsibility Report to European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS)
- Prepare responsibility website update according to the 2024 Responsibility Report
- Research and keep up to date with EU directives concerning sustainability communication
- Improve communication assets towards legal compliance under the new Green Claims Directive
- Organize and lead monthly CR x Marketing exchange
- Support marketing teams in their sustainability communication
- Research into material certifications of Textile Exchange's new Material Matters standard
- Setting up internal project team and assign responsibilities
- Set up timeline for audits and certification process for Material Matters standard
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Marketing / Communication, or other relevant and related subject
- Having previous knowledge of the textile industry and Sustainability communication
- Knowledge in CSRD reporting or Material certifications and audit processes would be a plus
- A flexible and independent person with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional user in Excel, Power Point and Word
- Business fluent in English, German is an advantage
- Must hold a valid work permit for Switzerland
