Your team
Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
In collaboration with the existing team and the business, you will design and develop robotic processes to modernise our operational workflows. This role includes driving innovation and efficiency, ensuring seamless incident resolution and maintaining production stability. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices in automation and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that our technological advancements enhance overall performance and productivity.
Your role
- Familiarise yourself with the team’s activities and the technologies used in robotic process automation.
- Collaborate with the business lines to analyse and optimise manual processes.
- Automate selected processes with robots in an Agile framework and document the corresponding procedures.
- Work with production teams to integrate developed solutions into the production plan.
- Provide support for robot execution issues.
- Take part in reviewing code of other developers.
- Engage in the daily life of the team: daily sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups and team sessions.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends in automation to propose innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Come up with creative ideas for new automation opportunities and process improvements.
Your profile
Minimum required skills
- Expertise in programming (Java, Python, C#/.Net, JavaScript, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with database systems and associated languages (SQL, Access; NoSQL is a plus).
- Experience in RPA development is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and the banking industry is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in RPA tools, Agile methodologies, or data analysis are a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business requirements.
- Strong solution-oriented analytical skills.
- High level of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
Training requirement
- Degree in Computer Science or Communication Systems, with a strong interest in banking.
- Candidates who have completed an apprenticeship in a related field are also encouraged to apply.
