Job description
For our client, an internation private bank, we are looking for an Onboarding & Sanctions Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for the full onboarding process of private and institutional clients, with a strong focus on AML, KYC, and sanctions risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding of new private banking clients, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Conduct AML/KYC checks and assess potential sanctions risks.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.

Apply international banking rules and compliance logic across multiple jurisdictions.
Job requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in international private banking (onboarding focus).

Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions frameworks.

Proven experience handling onboarding cases with autonomy.

Familiarity with cross-border regulatory environments is an asset.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
