For our client, an asset manager with global presence, we are looking for a Legal Counsel, to become part of their Corporate Finance Legal team, in Pfaeffikon, Schwyz.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters;

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, financing agreements, NDAs, and corporate documents;

Support governance processes, board meetings, and statutory records;

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies;

Provide legal input on financing, treasury, and potential deals.
Requirements:

Master's degree in law + bar admission;
-
7-10 years' professional experience, ideally in-house;
-
Fluent in English and German (written & spoken);

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills;
-
Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and in teams.
