- Surveillez et soutenez les portefeuilles immobiliers existants.
- Assistez aux acquisitions immobilières : analyse et rapport.
- Contribuez aux états financiers et modélisation financière.
Compétences
- Master en économie, droit ou gestion hôtelière avec finance.
- Maîtrise de MS Office, surtout Excel.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et allemand.

Trainee Real Estate Transactions
with the possibility to get a permanent position at the end of the internship!
Your responsibilities
- Monitor and support existing real estate portfolios and local property managers
- Assist with real estate acquisitions: property analysis, due diligence, preparation of offers and reports
- Contribute to monthly reporting, NAV calculations, and quarterly/annual financial statements
- Participate in financial modelling, especially for commercial acquisitions
- Support process improvement and internal procedures
- Help with administrative tasks and operational project coordination
- Analyze and track new real estate projects
- Assist in preparing external reports for clients and investors
- Support the organization, participation and follow-up of meetings
- Develop and enhance monitoring and analytical tools (including ESG scoring)
Your profile
- Master’s degree in economics, law, or hotel management with a focus on finance/real estate
- First work experience or strong interest in the real estate sector
- Resilient, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong team spirit with a proactive and independent mindset
- Structured approach and solid analytical thinking skills
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French and German, with a good command of English
