Join our Innovation team within the Business Unit Infrastructure, where we drive the development of future-oriented solutions for water and gas distribution. In this role, you will take ownership of impactful R&D projects from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and contributing to the long-term success of our infrastructure portfolio.
Your tasks:
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, and high-level timelines
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), risks, and market launch strategies
- Ensure transparent, timely, and audience-appropriate communication across all stakeholder groups
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to scope, quality, cost, and milestones
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues
- Oversee and prioritize project tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely execution
- Manage project changes and evaluate impacts on time, cost, and quality
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with global standards, the innovation framework, and stage-gate processes
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a similar project management role
- Solid knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project); PMI certification is an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously, challenge objectives constructively, and drive results in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, production, purchasing, quality, and other cross-functional partners
- Strong command of English and German at a professional level
