IHRE AUFGABEN
Strategic Leadership & Wealth Inequality Initiative Oversight
-
Leads the Wealth Inequality Initiative’s strategic direction and implementation
-
Identify gaps, opportunities, and partnerships to accelerate change around wealth inequality
Convening & Sector Engagement
-
Build and maintain high-level relationships with peer foundations, philanthropic networks, thought leaders, and potential co-funders
-
Design and facilitate strategic convenings (roundtables, online events) that bring together a diverse range of actors across the wealth spectrum to ensure interaction and knowledge exchange
-
Represent the Foundation at external conferences, summits, and working groups to influence the broader dialogue on wealth inequality
Partnership Development & Fundraising

Identify and approach potential funding partners and collaborators (e.g. family offices, foundations, private sector allies)

Secure co-funding

Maintain relationship stewardship
Community Building & Stakeholder Engagement

Design and grow a network of committed individuals and institutions supporting the Initiative / the topic of wealth inequality and the foundation’s work

Create and oversee a structured engagement plan to ensure ongoing trust and shared ownership among partners
Content Strategy & Oversight
-
Lead the content strategy of the Wealth Inequality platform, ensuring that messages and content pieces are audience-appropriate, insight-driven, and mission-aligned

Curate and produce content in collaboration with the communications team

Ensure alignment of all content with the Initiative’s tone, positioning, and strategic narrative
Internal Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. communications, regions) to ensure coherence and alignment
-
Report on progress against Initiative goals, including convenings, partnerships, and content outcomes
YOUR PROFILE
-
5+ years of experience in the philanthropic, non-profit, or social impact sector, with a strong track record in strategic partnerships and network leadership
-
Demonstrated ability to convene diverse stakeholders, including funders, NGOs and experts
-
Strong existing network in global philanthropy
-
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging
-
Proven ability to create compelling content – including interviews, social media posts etc.

Confident using or overseeing social media channels (especially LinkedIn and Youtube) to drive engagement and visibility)
-
Excellent relationship-building and diplomacy skills
-
Proven experience in community building and stakeholder management, ideally across cultures and sectors

Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset
-
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an asset
