• 3–5 years of experience in the banking sector with a focus on process analysis, optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Good knowledge of technologies relevant to data management.
• Proven experience in training and communication, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical skills, including data-driven process assessment and KPI definition/monitoring.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean cultures is a plus.
• Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools ; knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau applications is a plus.
• Residence in Switzerland required.

You demonstrate leadership, take ownership of your deliverables, and work independently while proactively sharing information within the teams. As an excellent communicator, you tailor your message to your audience and can manage conflict situations. Your ability to understand end-to-end business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, be results-oriented, and make sound decisions will be major advantages in carrying out your mission. Your pragmatic approach and knowledge of the banking sector make you a facilitator and accelerator of change implementation.
You will join a dynamic team where you can build on your knowledge and where your technical skills and experience will be highly appreciated. Join our team and contribute to the success and efficiency of our operations.
