Establishment and development of our Central Purchasing Department in Switzerland
Your position
- You autonomously establish and continuously develop the Central Procurement Department of Affidea Switzerland
- In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you unify and optimise the purchase-to-pay process, from the purchase requisition through to the payment
- As the key contact person, you lead the negotiations with national and local suppliers and conclude favourable master agreements. You will also improve the structure of cooperation with existing partners and reduce their number
- In cooperation with the Affidea Switzerland sites, you establish solid partnerships with logistics service-providers and ensure an efficient and reliable supply of medical products and services
- You will set clear purchasing guidelines, contractual standards and approval processes and also ensure that they are systematically implemented in the Opale ERP system

Your profile
- University graduate in business administration, finance, supply chain management or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in setting up and further developing procurement or supply chain structures in decentralised organisations
- Routine in working with suppliers, leading contractual negotiations and merging and controlling of purchase volumes
- Experience in development and optimisation of procure-to-pay processes as well as competent handling of ERP systems (Opale or SAP knowledge an asset)
- Hands-on personality, structured work style and the ability to drive topics forward at both operational and strategic levels
- Very good English knowledge (level C1) and good knowledge of French or German
