As the Global Marketing Manager (GMM), you'll be the key partner to the Global Platform Director and Growth Platform stakeholders, driving our Culinary Growth Platforms. Your role is to shape and implement the platform strategy by analyzing global market trends, consumer needs, and customer demands. You'll own the marketing plans, develop compelling value propositions for key icons, applications, and technologies, and bring them to life through impactful, region-aligned marketing initiatives. Additionally, you'll support high-profile accounts to deliver a superior omnichannel customer experience and contribute to Customer Foresight projects.
Location: This position is open to candidates from various global locations. You'll collaborate with a diverse, international team across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
You report to: Global Strategic Marketing Director and will work closely with: Growth Platform Director, Global Product Managers, BU Marketing, Regional Marketing, Local Marketing, World Account Managers, Regional FC&A, Category Technical Leads, Flavourists, Global Communications Directors, Communications Managers, Brand Director, and Creative Studio.
Additionally, you will work with external partners: Agencies for market research, marketing consulting (e.g., value proposition development), and food experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Activate Growth Platform (60%)

Develop and execute a global marketing plan, including promotions, cross-regional initiatives, thought leadership programs, and external events.

Provide strategic insights by analyzing market trends, consumer need states, competitive landscapes, whitespace opportunities, and emerging trends.

Create compelling, validated value propositions for platform offerings.

Drive commercialization of innovations from the S&T roadmap with Global Product Managers.

Develop engaging content for external campaigns, aligned with brand values, in collaboration with Communications Directors.

Build and nurture a Growth Platform community with regions and BUs to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Support Selected Accounts (20%)

Provide marketing materials and strategic input for high-profile accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Support customer projects (e.g., T2T) with account managers to ensure successful execution.
Transversal Initiatives & Marketing Tools (20%)

Lead or support strategic marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital transformation as an initiator or key user.
