As we aim to expand our international presence, we are seeking a Business Development and Market Entry Analyst with deep regional expertise in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to join our growing team in Wangen SZ.
Role Overview
In this hybrid administrative and client-facing role, you will drive our business development efforts by identifying and engaging potential Swiss clients in the fashion and beauty sectors. You will advise them on market-entry and growth strategies across Central and Eastern Europe and play a key role in innovation-focused consulting projects. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands-on entrepreneurial experience in cross-cultural business management across the CEE region.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand CHRISTL Partners’ Swiss client base of small and mid-sized enterprises, particularly in the fashion and beauty sectors, aiming to support their entry into Central and Eastern European markets.
- Conduct market research and identify strategic partnership opportunities in our regional focus markets (including Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Russia, and beyond).
- Develop and implement tailored business development and market-entry strategies for clients across diverse industries.
- Support project teams in delivering strategic analyses, client presentations, and actionable recommendations.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships and cross-border partnerships.
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, and creative business strategy.
- Support the development of innovation and growth strategies aligned with local cultural and regulatory contexts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 - 10 years of professional experience in business development and market entry analysis, or entrepreneurship, with significant exposure to the CEE region.
- Proven track record in brand management, market expansion, or cross-cultural project leadership in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated success in managing partnerships across diverse markets and industries in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; fluency in Serbian and Russian is a strong asset.
- Degree in Law, Finance, or Business Management (Master’s or equivalent); postgraduate studies in finance or strategy are strong advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Switzerland and thrive in a multicultural consulting environment.
