In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. The first employee was hired in November 2019, and the company now has almost 60 employees at its site in Eschlikon TG.

In our international team, we make sure that our autonomous cleaning robot not only performs at the highest technical level but also delivers real value where it matters most: on the factory floor and in front of customers. Across different markets and industries, we work closely with partners and end customers to drive adoption of a solution that truly fills a gap in industrial cleaning – and this is where you come in.
With a product that is redefining autonomous dry cleaning, you will actively shape our presence in the Italian market. You will combine sales activities with hands-on field support, working directly with partners, customers, and our robots. From growing a strong partner network and supporting sales opportunities to being on site when technical challenges arise, your work will have a visible and tangible impact.

Your tasks
You take full ownership of sales performance in the Italian market, acting with the mindset of a top performer who treats the territory as their own business. You drive growth primarily through a strong and well-managed partner ecosystem, building long-term, high-quality relationships and enabling partners to consistently perform at their best. At the same time, you actively manage selected direct sales opportunities, guiding customers from first contact to closing with discipline, structure, and commercial excellence.
You represent the company on the field with credibility and confidence, ensuring that every interaction with partners and customers reflects high standards, professionalism, and a clear focus on results. You are fully accountable for your pipeline, forecasts, and execution quality, combining speed with accuracy and always keeping momentum high.
Delivering an outstanding end-customer experience is a core part of your role. You are present on site when it matters, especially during onboarding, deployment, and critical moments in the customer journey. You take ownership of challenges, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and turn technical problems into trust-building experiences that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Beyond sales, you are technically competent and hands-on. You are comfortable working directly on the robot, with a solid practical understanding of mechanical systems and a basic foundation in electronics. Using tools such as a multimeter is second nature to you, and you approach technical issues with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. You enjoy learning and working with new systems, quickly building confidence with both the robot itself and our digital platform, Sphere.
You work closely with internal sales, service, and product teams, actively sharing market feedback and customer insights to continuously improve our offering. In everything you do, you raise the bar on execution, customer satisfaction, and partner performance, contributing directly to our ambition to lead the market in autonomous industrial cleaning.
Your profile
You have a solid background in sales, technical sales, or a comparable commercial or technical education, ideally within an industrial or B2B environment. You bring proven experience in managing partners or distributors and feel comfortable taking ownership of a market with a strong performance-oriented mindset.
You combine commercial strength with technical curiosity and a hands-on attitude. You are practically confident working with mechanical systems and have a basic foundation in electronics.
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner, even when priorities shift or pressure increases. You communicate clearly and convincingly, both internally and externally, and know how to adapt your message to different stakeholders, from operators to decision-makers.
Fluent Italian and English are required; German is a strong advantage. You are comfortable working with modern digital tools and standard business software, and you value accuracy, preparation, and follow-through in everything you do.
