Middle Office Assistant – Personal Loans & Client Advisory (50–70%)

To support our new office in the city center of Cham (Zug), we are looking for a part-time (50–70%) Middle Office Assistant who combines accuracy in credit administration with strong sales and advisory skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing and validating personal loan applications in compliance with Swiss regulations.
• Advising clients on financing options, providing clear explanations, and offering tailored recommendations.
• Drafting contracts, managing credit positions, and ensuring follow-up of dossiers.
• Reviewing financial documentation and preparing data for analysis (including mortgages and construction loans).
• Maintaining written and telephone correspondence with clients, administrations, insurers, and partner banks.
• Supporting sales activities through negotiation, cross-selling, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Participating in internal projects and initiatives to improve processes and services.

The profile of the successful candidate:

• Finance or commercial education or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in the credit sector (personal loans, mortgages, leasing) or commercial experience, ideally advising clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients.
• Language proficiency in German (Swiss German) and English. Any additional language is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a strong client focus.
• Team player, motivated to work in an office-based role (4 - 5 hours per day).
