Job description
Infosys is seeking experienced SharePoint Engineer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of hybrid SharePoint environments (Online and On-Premise). This role involves customizing SharePoint solutions, troubleshooting sites and apps, and contributing to migration efforts—particularly to SharePoint GCC High. Familiarity with ITIL processes and daily collaboration with Infosys and client management teams is essential.
Required Qualifications:
• This position is based out of Melbourne FL; Rochester, NY; Clifton, NJ; Greenville, TX; Salt Lake City, UT. Ideal candidate should be willing to relocate to work from any of the above locations. Alternately candidate can work from any location within the USA. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• Customize SharePoint sites, apps, and workflows; resolve technical issues and service tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report progress regularly.
• Apply ITIL practices in daily operations.
• Hands on expereince on monitoring and reporting tools like SharePoint Admin Center, Power BI, and third-
party solutions for usage analytics and health monitoring.
• At least 2 years of experience with:
• SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2013/2010
• InfoPath Forms, MS Flow, PowerApps
• AngularJS, JavaScript, SPFx
• SharePoint upgrades and migrations
• Nintex workflows, PowerShell scripting
• M365 workloads (Teams, OneDrive)
• Migration tools (Sharegate, Metalogix, DocAve)
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to automate processes to reduce manual effort.
Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
Adaptability to learn new technologies and take on varied roles
Develop and support SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.
Lead or assist in migrations from SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online/GCC High.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN: $62,000 to $86,800
In Washington, DC:$ 62,600 to 76,100
