As a Planning Manager (m/f/d) for our Active Beauty production site in Volketswil you will be reporting to the Site Manager Operations with a dotted line to the Global Supply Chain Manager Active Beauty.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the production planning for the full site by planning, controlling and monitoring the production of assigned product groups in line with deadlines and costs.

Supervise and coordinate the local buyer.

Develop and implement detailed production plans across all product groups.

Manage site inventory counts for all products including monthly reporting.

Oversee slow-moving and obsolete stock, including discontinuations.

Collaborate regularly with the demand planner to review and adjust monthly forecasts.

Maintain material master data in SAP; support other colleagues in other SAP modules.

Release production orders, monitor progress, and incorporate changes as needed.

Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce throughput time, optimize capacity, lower costs, and eliminate sources of error.

Participate in monthly global planner meetings to stay updated on system enhancements.
You?

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in production and/or supply chain.

People management experience (1-2 years minimum).

Solid knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management.

Basic familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

APICS certification a plus.

Strong analytical mindset and passion for planning and scheduling processes.

Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in a matrix organization.

Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) valued.

Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
