GFPS International is the export sales division of GFPS for the EMEA region and Central Asia, managing markets without a local GF sales company. We focus on developing sales in emerging markets, growing them to a level where a dedicated GF local sales company can operate successfully. Our work spans sales, business development and project management across all piping system applications.

As a Technical Sales & Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects. You will act as a technical advisor and project lead, ensuring that complex piping system solutions are implemented successfully – on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate customer projects from technical design to commissioning
• Develop technical solutions tailored to customer requirements in collaboration with engineering and product management
• Provide in-depth technical consulting to customers, planners, and contractors
• On site and in house training to customers, etc.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and system layouts
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, operations, supply chain) to ensure seamless project execution
• Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Travelling ca 20%.

Your profile

• Education in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in piping, process systems, or industrial plant engineering
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation methods
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Fluent in English is a must. Other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
