Our client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, specializes in delivering high-quality products and services to customers worldwide. We are currently seeking a Key Account / Sales Operations Manager to join their team in Zug.
Your tasks
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the distributors, acting as the main point of contact.
- Negotiate commercial terms, annual business plans, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
- Support sales forecasting and demand planning by consolidating and analyzing data inputs (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, market trends).
- Align sales forecasts with supply chain to guarantee availability without overstocking or expiry risks.
- Track stock dates, batch lifecycles, and demand trends to prevent write-offs and maximize efficiency.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align data insights with business priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and market growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, demand planning, finance, marketing, and regulatory teams.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and performance reports across Wholesaler and Mass Market
Your Profile
- Experience: Min. 3 years in Consumer Health, Pharma, or FMCG, ideally with exposure to both sales and supply chain/demand planning.
- Commercial mindset: Strong sales, negotiation and account management skills.
- Analytical ability: Confident working with KPIs, sales data, forecasts, and inventory management.
- Industry knowledge: Understanding of distributor dynamics and pharma/OTC market.
- German fluent with ability to understand Swiss German, English (business fluent).
- Tools: Solid skills in Excel, ERP, and reporting systems.
