We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Manager to join our Digital Business Transformation team. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of a scalable, future-proof front-to-back operating model that aligns business needs with strategic priorities and efficiency targets. Our team's mandate includes developing and implementing a comprehensive ideation and decision-making framework, embedding efficiency enablers such as automation, AI, and offshoring, as well as enabling cross-functional implementation and supporting sustainable change across people, roles, capabilities, structures, and processes.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Enable the analysis of complex problems, identify innovative solutions, and develop strategic recommendations that drive operating model simplification and efficiency gains

Lead the translation of strategic priorities into actionable plans, executing them with a hands-on approach and a "can-do" attitude

Develop decision-making documents for senior management, including identification of top-down efficiency potential and respective levers for realization as well as presentation of options for implementation

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination

Drive the transformation agenda forward by engaging proactively with stakeholders across the organization, facilitating cultural shift and change management
YOUR PROFILE

University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy development and implementation, with a proven track record of driving business transformation at senior level

Experience in leading international teams and managing large-scale projects, proven track-record in achieving significant organizational impact, e.g. measurable operating model simplification and/or multi-million cost savings

Comprehensive understanding and experience of strategy development, from conception to execution, with a focus on Target Operating Model (TOM) re-engineering, process improvement and leveraging technology

Proven ability to drive TOM improvements and realization of efficiency gains by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop creative solutions

Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively leverage diverse skillsets of groups and individuals

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and German

Highly motivated, solution-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
