What you move

• Responsibility for the manufacturing strategy across our 3 international production sites
• Co-shaping and co-responsibility for the global strategy of Sensirion Automotive Solutions
• Initiation of measures across all sites for the optimization of manufacturing & supply chain processes
• Securing & expanding our product portfolio, taking costs, quality and time aspects into account

• Degree in engineering & several years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or program management
• Several years of experience as a project manager leading interdisciplinary, complex and global projects
• Strong cross-cultural leadership skills and proven experience in managing international teams
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, willingness to go the extra mile, strong communication skills
