Among others, the team works on the overall strategy, as well as an internal efficiency program. Your main focus will be on the efficiency program with various touchpoints across the company advocating for the use of new technology and simplification.
Concretely this will cover:
Efficiency program coordination
- Stakeholder management (organization of internal activities & workshops. Overall support and coordination of the program).
- Work closely with the program lead on program capacity and timeline.
- Learn about new technology applications and process mapping.
Strategic Coordination
- Support in the aggregation and storytelling of the data.
- Help with meeting preparation (content, administration, materials and delivery).
- Work with the business development team towards the strategic rollout, collaborating with relevant departments.
Department support
- Prepare and coordinate the team meetings, events, workshops and offsites.
- Facilitate and prepare briefings for important meetings or speeches.
- Support the drafting of general presentations and board documents.

Formal Requirements
- Swiss or EU National
- Minimum 18 years old
- Professional English proficiency (e.g. full degree in English or provide an English language certification)
